1 month is the minimum term. At Bow City Storage a month is a month, not 4 weeks.
Absolutely! Just go to Book Storage, find the the size you need with the help of the size guide and our online platform will take you through the booking process, including signing your user agreement. Make sure you download our smartphone entry app to get access to the building and your unit
We have installed security cameras inside and outside to keep you and your items safe. After office hours, only customers with a valid access code can enter the building and you can only access the floor your unit is on.
Yes, we have 3 oversized elevators to take you to your floor. We also offer moving carts for our customers to use throughout the building.
Yes you can by way of the smartphone app. Log in to the app and share your digital key with the person who needs to access your unit. You will be able to check via the app when the person went in to your unit. We do need you to let us know who you has access to your unit for the safety and security of all our customers.
Yes we do! We require all items in your units to have content protection. Bow City Storagecan help provide you a comprehensive content protection package and the 1st month is always on us!
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept automatic withdrawal (EFT) and post dated checks for our commercial clients.
Yes, if you have a unit with us, we can accept packages during normal business hours on your behalf and keep it safe until the next time you are able to put it in to your own unit
You will need to give us 2 business days notice of move out via email at [email protected] before the start of your next monthly term. The more advance notice you can give us the better. Once your monthly term has started we don't refund if you happen to move out part way through your monthly term. If you booked storage with us and your circumstances change before the start of your storage contract, please contact us as soon as possible.

Most of our units have smartphone entry locks where you can access your secure unit via bluetooth technology on your smartphone. If you booked a unit with standard lock and key, you can either buy a lock from us, or bring your own.

You will need a government issued picture ID and either a valid Credit Card or get set up with automatic withdrawal from your bank account for payment.
This is more common that your probably think! If this happens to you, simply contact us and we can check availability of other sizes in the facility. If the size you want to change to is available, we will assist you in the transition for no extra charge.

Yes, we continue to be open for business. We are following all mandated rules and precautions. We require everyone to wear a mask while inside our facility and we also require everyone to maintain 2 meters distance.
As soon as you know when your last day of storage with us will be - call us or email us. We can't refund user fees, but if you give us enough advance notice we may be able to pro-rate your last month's user fees. The best thing is to give us a shout when you know your move out date.
