Bow City Storage strongly believes your time is valuable and you should have access to your valuables on your schedule and your preferred access method. Outside of business hours, the building is fully secured and you use your smartphone, key fob, or key pad to access the facility 24 hrs a day. We have video surveillance throughout the facility and to further protect you and your valuables.

Similar to other professional building access, Bow City Storage has made it possible to enter the building and your storage unit with your phone.  All you need is to download the Noke app on to your phone and you can securely access the building and your storage unit.  Upon arrival you use your smartphone to open one of the loading bay doors and then continue further and unlock your unit door within the same app.  When you leave, your unit will be securely locked when you close the unit.   Addditonal security measures are also part of it.  Noke monitors any motion or heat inside your storage space and reports this to the facility for further investirgation.   If you prefer not to use your smartphone, we understand, so we ensured you can also access the building using a pin pad and you can always lock your unit with a standard lock and key.
