ABOUT THE STORAGE SMART ENTRY BY NOKE APP

  • All Bow City Storage customers have access to the App, whether you have a smart unit or not.
  • All of our entry doors, including the overhead loading bay doors can be opened with the App
  • The App uses Bluetooth encrypted technology so you have to be within range of the door to open it

GETTING SET UP WITH THE APP

  • On or before Move in Day you will receive a text message to your cellphone to download the App. Contact us at 403 BOW CITY if you did not receive a text message on or before your scheduled Move In Day
  • You will need to know your Apple password in order to download a new App
  • To get a text message to download the App our software needs a cellphone on your account. If you booked a unit online and didn’t enter in your cell number our system will not recognize it. In this case, call us at 403 BOW CITY

TIPS FOR USING THE APP

  • You have to be within 20 feet of the door you are trying to open
  • Ensure your Bluetooth setting is enabled
  • Ensure your location services are enabled
  • Ensure your mobile data is turned on

WHAT IF THE APP ISN’T WORKING

  • Try closing out of the app and reopening it
  • If you’re talking on the phone in your car via Bluetooth, try hanging up
  • Check for an available update in the App store or Google Play

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF THE APP

  • You can share a digital key with someone you trust by hitting the “+” in the upper right hand corner of the screen
  • Ask us about purchasing an additional FOB key to access the building or your unit
